- Conergy signs agreements for three solar parks in Bavaria

Hamburg, 30 June 2009 – Conergy Deutschland GmbH, one of the leading suppliers of products and solutions in the field of solar electricity generation, has successfully concluded the sale of three photovoltaic plants in Bavaria. This subsidiary of the publicly owned Conergy AG sold its solar park in Baar with a nominal capacity of 4.8 MWp, its photovoltaic plant in Gebersdorf with a nominal capacity of 2.3 MWp and its solar plant in Münster (Bavaria) with a nominal capacity of 3.6 MWp. The Luxembourg-based investor completed the acquisition with the support of Pulse-Asset Management GmbH (PAM) from Hamburg. The PAM team has many years of experience in the solar industry and this acquisition represents their first joint project. The parties have kept quiet about the purchase price.
Conergy Services GmbH, a specialist in technical and commercial services for regenerative energy systems, is also taking over responsibility for operational management of the plants for the next 20 years. The parties have already signed an agreement to this effect.
The three thin-film plants were planned, constructed and put into operation by Conergy Deutschland GmbH. "The successful sale again shows the high degree of attractiveness of solar projects even in a major economic crisis," said Dieter Ammer, Chairman of the Management Board of Conergy AG. "The agreement confirms that investors and customers have confidence in Conergy AG and is evidence of our many years of project experience and our first-class products."
